Villa Nikola is located in Starigrad on the island of Hvar, two hours by boat from Split. The villa is named after the church of Sveti Nikola, built in 1347, which is also its closest neighbor.
There are four apartments in the villa, all modernly furnished with fully equipped kitchens and terraces overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site and Sveti Nikola.
Stari Grad (meaning "The Old City") celebrated its 2400th anniversary a few years ago. Large parts of the city and its surroundings are part of UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage. The city has many remains from the Greek settlements and from Roman times.
In the spring of 2022, very well-preserved street mosaics from Roman times were found.
There is parking for one car per apartment and also some bicycles that can be used by our guests.
There is an additional cleaning and laundry fee of EUR 150.
75 metres from the house is the first in the line of the city's many restaurants. After another 100 meters you reach the marina with restaurants, cafés, fruit market, shops and nightlife. Further out in the bay are swimming areas with small bars where you can buy something cool after the swim.
