A spacious bathroom with shower and VC and a smaller one with VC.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher in combination with dining room/living room. The living room has a sofa bed.
All furniture is new and modern of very high quality. The ceiling height is closer to 4 meters that creates space and air.
As in the whole house there is AC, WIFI and Smart TV.

The balcony has a stunning view of UNESCO's world heritage with a 14th-century church as its front.

The apartment is spacious and if necessary there is a sofa bed in the living room. A maximum of six people can be accommodated in the apartment.
